With three branches across Ho Chi Minh City, Oc Khanh has become a go-to spot for families, couples, and groups of friends looking to enjoy casual seafood meals.

Oc Khanh, run by famous actress Le Khanh, offers a cozy and simple setting.

The eatery has been known for its slogan "We don't hope for 1,000 guests to come once, but for one guest to come 1,000 times," which leaves a lasting impression on many visitors.

Le Vy, 19, from District 8, shared that she had dined at Oc Khanh twice, visiting two of the eatery's branches on Nguyen Binh Khiem Street in District 1 and Luong Dinh Cua Street in Thu Duc City.

The third brand is on Ung Van Khiem Street in Binh Thanh District.

Newcomers might find themselves pausing to think over their order, as the menu is packed with seafood options prepared in a variety of mouthwatering styles--stir-fried with green pepper, grilled with scallion oil or garlic margarine, steamed with lemongrass, or tossed in satay or tamarind sauce, just to name a few.

Dishes with buttery sauces are especially addictive when paired with bread.

Oc Khanh's must-try dishes include squid teeth stir-fried with margarine, mud creeper snails stir-fried with coconut milk, spotted babylon snails stir-fried with margarine, and octopus grilled with satay.

"I think if you're going to Oc Khanh, you really shouldnt miss the squid teeth," Le Vy said.

"Its a great dish for snacking and chatting with friends. I love its flavor as it's rich without being overwhelming, and tastes even better with bread.

"Honestly, anything with buttery sauce and bread is just too good!"

Meanwhile, with the coconut milk stir-fried mud creepers, a staple at many snail joints, diners will be hit by the creamy coconut milk with a mild chili kick, and the fragrant punch of Vietnamese coriander.

On Google Maps reviews, user Duc Vuong Nguyen shared that he decided to support Oc Khanh after watching Le Khanh perform on stage and hearing from friends that this was her seafood restaurant.

"Just like how she pours care into her performances, every dish here is prepared with the same attention to detail," he commented.

"My favorite is the buttery stir-fried spotted babylon snails, as its rich buttery flavor pairs perfectly with the bread."
