Tokyo Stocks to Reflect Upper House Election Results Next Week

   Tokyo, July 18 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo stocks are slated to reflect the results of Sunday's House of Councillors in Japan when the market reopens on Tuesday after the three-day weekend.
   This week, the Nikkei 225 stock average gained 249.43 points, or 0.63 pct, to close at 39,819.11 on Friday. Stocks moved narrowly as investors awaited the election results.
