Dollar Climbs to around 146.40 Yen in Tokyo
Tokyo, Sept. 4 (Jiji Press)--The dollar rose to around 146.40 yen in Tokyo trading Monday, propped up by stock rises.
At 5 p.m., the dollar stood at 146.40-41 yen, up from 145.41-42 yen at the same time Friday. The euro was at 1.0794-0795 dollars, down from 1.0855-0856 dollars, and at 158.04-06 yen, up from 157.85-88 yen.
