Mitsui & Co., Mitsui O.S.K. Lines to Acquire Scottish Port

   Tokyo, July 31 (Jiji Press)--Japanese trader Mitsui & Co. and shipping company Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. said Thursday that they will jointly acquire the Port of Nigg in northern Scotland.
   Through the deal, the two companies aim to strengthen their offshore wind power businesses by applying Britain's knowledge of offshore wind energy technology, which is crucial for improved decarbonization and energy security.
