Fuji Media Shareholders Meeting Ends in Management's Triumph

   Tokyo, June 25 (Jiji Press)--Fuji Media Holdings Inc.'s shareholders meeting, in which a proxy battle was waged over director candidates, ended in a triumph for the management Wednesday.
   The meeting brought together key actors in the 2005 battle to take over radio broadcaster Nippon Broadcasting System Inc., the then top shareholder of core group company Fuji Television Network Inc.
